I saw an email floating around the inbox where a CEO wanted to chat with employee and internal communication team was creating the buzz inside rooms. I said " what on earth has forced them to buzz so much for such a small event. And even if they don't do that buzz.. employee will anyway wont leave a chance to express themselves.
So by curiosity I joined the chat session and went through the sober questions. Alas, all my efforts got fustigated and all I could see were easy questions for a CEO. I make a promise to myself that I will put forth a tough question for him and said, " dear sir, M&M has been innovative in strategizing on acquisitions and mergers side. Is there any mechanism in place who directs and guides this strategy something like TAS for Tata group?" and I waited for 20 mins for response. Alas, they did not post this question and filtered.
In retrospect , I was wondering if CEO is really shown the correct status of his business by mgt team ? what if he gets only prejudiced view by him team.. will he be able to make a mark in market ?
